Dave started selling real estate 1977 in Ann Arbor, Michigan after a 6 year teaching career. He quickly rose to the top, and has sold over 1400 properties for over $205 Million. He moved to Longview to watch his grandkids grow up, and he has embraced being a Yankee in the South, joining Texas Farms and Ranches in 2013.

His experience and patience are appreciated by all of his clients. He loves to help buyers find that perfect property, and sellers get their properties sold for the best possible price. He will beat the bushes to make things happen. “You’ve got to circulate to percolate” is a phrase Dave’s former peers still use to describe him. His 35 years experience as a high school football and basketball official was perfect training for being a Realtor.

He also is founder of "The Michigan Club of Longview", organizing game watch parties for his favorite Michigan Wolverines Football and Basketball teams.
